One thing people would be surprised to know about you…

My hobbies, other than indulging in the food and beverage scene, is designing and building mixed media furniture and running. But truth be told, I spend 96% of my waking life thinking about food and beverage options, equipment, and techniques.

 What’s the strangest or weirdest job you’ve ever had?

 I was a professional auto body painter while in school; I painted commercial gas delivery trucks and semi-trailers.

The age-old Float question: Spoon or Straw?

Spoon: When a float actually stops and thinks about what it wants in life, it aspires to be a freeze: a straw does not make that happen very well. And no one ever looks anything less than awkward poking a straw at their face.
